Refund Policy for www.skullshaver.ae

At SkullShaver, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Returns Eligibility
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You can return products within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as gift cards, downloadable software, or personalized products are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
- Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@skullshaver.ae with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@skullshaver.ae.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@skullshaver.ae.
